- Fresh Amla 1 kg
- Clean cotton cloth
1. Wash and clean the Amla in clean water and chop into small pieces.

3. Now, take out the pulp and put in the clean cloth to squeeze out the juice.
4. Drink approximately 5-6 tablespoons of raw Amla juice or mix it with water.
