Potato is one dish which most of the vegetarians love to eat. Also, it is very easy to prepare and takes less effort. Whenever there is a quick need of any fry item, all I go for is this 'Crispy Potato Fry'. It has less number of ingredients and tastes crispy and yummy. Even people who don't know cooking can make this item perfectly. So, here it goes.
Potatoes - 2(Finely peel and cut into cubes)
Turmeric powder - 1 teaspoon
Red Chilli powder - 1 teaspoon
Salt - As per taste
Oil - 2 tablespoons
Take a pan to heat and add oil to it. Add the potato pieces and fry for 10 mins.
Add turmeric powder, salt and red chilli powder to the potatoes.
Mix it well and fry for another 10 mins.
Remove the pan from heat and serve the cripsy potato fry.
Serve the crispy potato fry as a side dish along with sambar rice/rasam rice.
