My Experience With Iba Halal Pure Lips Moisturizing Lip Balm Cocoa Vanilla:
Iba Halal Pure Lips Moisturizing Lip Balm Cocoa Vanilla comes in a retractable white colored twist up bullet with a white colored cap. The packaging reminds me of the Lotus Herbals Lip Therapy balms which I had used few years back. One thing I noticed is if I twist up the base 3-4 times and then twist it back again, the lip balm refuses to get back inside. I had to push the lip balm inside to put in the cap. I don't know if it's only in my case or with all the other lip balms of this range.
The lip balm smells like yummy vanilla ice cream. But it doesn't linger around for long and that would be an advantage for sensitive noses. It doesn't taste like vanilla very strongly and that is definitely a good point in case you don't like strongly tasted lip balms. The lip balm is completely colorless and is suitable for wearing underneath the lipsticks. It has a very smooth and soft texture. It glides smoothly on the lips.
It leaves my lips soft and supple. There is no heaviness or greasy feeling after applying this lip balm. It doesn't give a lot of shiny appearance to the lips and that is an advantage if you want to wear it under a matte lipstick. It does a very good job of moisturizing as well. Regarding the staying power, it stays on my lips for almost 5-6 hours. After that, I need to reapply it. In winter, it may stay for 3 hours maximum because of the dry winds. I wish it had SPF. It would have been a great competition to Maybelline Baby Lips lip balms in that case.
