1)Salmon Fry recipe with Italian Bread crumbs :`
Salmon Steak - 1
Seasoned Bread crumbs - One-fourth cup
Crushed red paprika - 1 teaspoon
Salt - As per taste

2)Salmon Fry with Sesame seeds and spices
Ingredients :
1 Salmon steak
1/4 cup white sesame seeds
1/4 tsp onion and garlic powder
1/4 tsp pepper powder
Salt, to taste

3)Salmon Fry with Garam masala and spices
1 Salmon Steak
1/4 tsp white pepper powder
1/2 tsp Garam masala powder, sometimes I use Fish masala or Chicken Tikka masala instead
a pinch of turmeric, optional
1 tsp lemon juice
Salt, to taste

Preparation time: 15 to 20 minutes
Cooking time: 6 to 8 minutes, for each steak
Serves: 4

Use a 1.5lb. Salmon steak, sliced into 3 pieces. Marinate the fish pieces with salt, as required.
Next marinate each steak with the ingredients as mentioned above.
Heat a tablespoon of oil for each steak, when hot enough reduce the heat to medium and let the steaks cook for 3 to 4 minutes on each side.
Make sure to fry on medium high heat so that the fish gets evenly cooked from both outside and inside.
Once done serve it hot.

Serving Options:

Serve hot as a side dish for rice, can also have with mashed potato and veggies of your choice.
