I was sent a PlasmaCar to facilitate this review. All opinions are my own.

One has to admit that today's generation is kind of addicted to television, mobiles, video games and other gadgets. Most of us prefer staying at home and indulging ourselves in tech devices than doing some outdoor activity. But if something interesting comes up, then we look forward to it. Same is the case with me. And now that my son is a toddler, he loves staying outdoors and enjoys exploring new things. So when I heard about the PlasmaCar, I was eager to ride on it.

Plasma Car

The Original PlasmaCar is an innovative, ride-on toy that harnesses the natural forces of inertia, centrifugal force, friction, and kid power. It has a sleek design and unlike other rides, it has no batteries, gears, or pedals. The best part about this ride-on toy is it can be used from ages 3+ and supports up to 220 lbs/99.8 kg. That makes it a ride for both kids as well as adults. The PlasmaCar comes in disassembled parts and the assembly is easy and simple once we follow the given instructions.

Now coming to how it works! Place the PlasmaCar on a smooth, flat surface. Sit with the feet on the footrests, lean slightly forward, and grip the steering wheel. To propel the car forward, turn the steering wheel back and forth continuously. To go in reverse, rotate the steering wheel 180 degrees. The PlasmaCar can reach an exhilarating 10 km/hour (6 mph). To bring the PlasmaCar to a stop, stop turning the wheel, wait for the car to slow, and put your feet on the ground. That's all about it! Simple, isn't it?

Plasma Car Review

My husband and I often enjoy our weekends riding the PlasmaCar. We can use it either indoors or outdoors on a smooth, flat surface. However, PlasmaCar is not recommended for wood floors as the wheels may damage some floors. My son is quite amused with this ride-on and always insists on riding it by himself. Aakarsh is still young so I make sure to support him and never leave him alone while he tries to sit and ride. Though he still cannot move it by himself, he sits on it and has his own bit of fun! The patented safety seat design of the PlasmaCar places ride in a safe, comfortable position and minimizes tipping.

Plasma Car Review

The only power source the PlasmaCar requires is the seemingly limitless energy of a child. For more details, visit the PlaSmart website. So get this for your toddler or your better half and see them beaming with joy!
