Ingredients Required for Kidney Beans Curry:
- S&W Kidney Beans - 1 container
- Onions - 1 (finely chopped)
- Green Chillies - 2 (finely chopped)
- Tomatoes - 2
- Ginger-Garlic Paste - 1 teaspoon
- Coriander leaves - 1 tablespoon
- Turmeric powder - Half teaspoon
- Red Chilli powder - 1 teaspoon
- Garam Masala powder - 1 teaspoon
- Oil - 2 teaspoons
- Butter - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - As per taste
Ingredients Required To Cook Rice:
- Rice - 1 cup
- Water - 2 cups
Kidney Beans Curry:
Take a pan and add oil to it. Once the oil gets heated, add chopped onions, green chilies and cook till the onions turn golden brown in color.
Then add ginger garlic paste and tomatoes and cook for another 10 minutes. Then add turmeric powder, garam masala powder, and salt as per taste. Mix everything well and cook for another 5 minutes.
Finally, add the prepared S&W Kidney Beans along with red chili powder and mix it well. Add water if required and cook for another 15-20 minutes. Once done, remove from heat and take it out in a serving bowl. Add butter and garnish with coriander leaves.
The Kidney Beans Curry is now ready!
Take a pressure cooker and add water. Once it is boiled, add rice along with a pinch of salt.
Pressure cook for 3 whistles and remove from heat.
Let it cool and transfer the rice to a bowl.
Serve the delicious Kidney Beans Curry along with Steamed Rice.
