My Experience With Blue Heaven Xpression Lipstick Scorchy Bronze CB 042:
Packaging: The lipstick comes in a gorgeous golden twist up stick form with a sturdy golden cap. It is further enclosed in a glossy black cardboard packaging. It functions beautifully and is extremely sturdy for the travel purposes. You can easily carry the little tube anywhere. The shade name and number are written at the bottom of the lipstick. Overall, I love the golden packaging of the lipstick.
Shade: The shade is a brownish bronze color with a lot of fine shimmers. The shade has a metallic foiled touch to it. Initially, I thought the color is for the older age group because somehow when I apply the color alone, it drags my complexion down making me look very sick. However, my mom totally adores the shade. The color can also be used on the younger skin by applying on top of any other color. It is great for foiled lip art.
Texture: The texture of the lipstick is smooth and soft. It is not overly creamy and velvety but does definitely doesn't drag or pull my lips at all. It applies well and the shimmers are not very disturbing. I expected a coarse texture but somehow it is really good. It has a matte formula with glitter particles. It doesn't bleed but the shimmers do transfer a lot to cups and spoon.
Pigmentation: When used alone, the lipstick has good pigmentation. With 2 swipes, it deposits the color well but the color isn't very strong to hide the discolorations at all. When used on top of another color, it takes several swipes and it is better to use a lip brush then.
Staying Power: The staying power is around 3-4 hours and it fades off leaving behind the shimmers. The shimmers are really difficult to remove and creates a mess.

The shade is slightly tricky for younger skin but if you comfortable with the color, it is a great lipstick. I would highly recommend the Xpression range for their incredibly good matte formula. This is one of the best budget-friendly lipsticks I have used.
