Yesterday, I observed that though I am a hardcore non-vegetarian, I did not post any non-vegetarian recipe till date. So, here I am presenting to you my first non-vegetarian blog post which is "Spicy Chicken Fry".

Ingredients:

Boneless Chicken - 500 grams
Onions - 2(Chopped vertically into long slices)
Green Chillies - 5(Chopped vertically into long slices)
Curry Leaves - 6
Ginger-garlic paste - 1 tablespoon
Lime Juice - 1 tablespoon
Corainder powder - 1 tablespoon
Garam-masala powder - 1 tablespoon
Salt - According to taste
Red Chilli Powder - According to taste
Turmeric Powder/Haldi - 1 tablespoon
Coriander leaves - To garnish
Oil - To fry

Preparation:

Marinate the boneless chicken by adding turmeric powder, salt, chilli powder, corainder powder, garam masala powder, ginger-garlic paste and lime juice.
Also add one tablespoon of oil and mix well. Keep this aside for 1 hour.
Take a pan and add each piece of marinated chicken separately and fry till chicken pieces are cooked and turn light brown in colour.
Once done wrap it in tissues/napkins to remove excess oil. Keep the fried chicken aside.
Take 2 tablespoons of oil to fry the onions along with green chillies and curry leaves.
Add salt, chilli powder and garam masala powder to it.
Mix the fried chicken with the fried onions mix. Add coriander leaves and cook on medium flame for 5-10 mins.
Remove from heat. Garnish as per your choice and serve hot.

Serving Options:

You can eat chicken fry as a snack or along with roti/rice.
