My Experience With Maybelline Colorsensational Lip Liner Midnight Plum:
Packaging: Maybelline Colorsensational Lip Liner Midnight Plum comes in a wooden pencil form with a transparent cap that enables you to see the color. Also, the pencil is color coded which makes it a lot easier to identify in case you own more than one. The only thing that bothers me about the packaging is that it has to be sharpened. Due to the creamy texture, a lot of the product gets wasted. However, the pencil is lightweight and easier to carry while traveling.
Shade: The shade Midnight Plum is a deep garnet plum shade, devoid of any shimmer or glitter. It is a pure beauty if you love deep maroon or plum shades. Personally, I have been wearing a lot of deeper lip colors and hence I simply love the way it looks on me. The shade screams enough for attention and hence you can easily get away with simple eye makeup. It has a lot of versatility in itself and thus looks great on every warm skin tone. It can be very well paired up with a deep plum or berry colors.
Pigmentation: The pigmentation is simply out of the world. As a lip liner, it is so pigmented that you can also use it as a lip color as well. The swatch below is a single swipe I used and the color saturation is almost maximum.
Texture: The texture is soft and creamy, it doesn't tug or pull the lips at all while applying and easily glides on the lips without any glitch. It is creamy matte in texture and after application, it feels rather comfortable on the lips. The matte finish looks good without accentuating on the fine lines or dry patches at all. However, with the passage of time it certainly feels little dry and thus a hydrating lipstick on top helps a lot.
Staying Power: The staying power is commendable. It stayed (alone) on my list for about 6 hours and when I paired it with Sugar The Big Bang Berry Lipstick, the lip color stayed for the whole time. It does fade a bit after lunch but that was completely negligible. The berry tint remains forever and thus you hardly need touchups. For the price, it is surely a great color.

Cons Of Maybelline Colorsensational Lip Liner Midnight Plum:

The color is a winner and I am surely going to purchase it again when I am done with this one. Also, I am planning to check out few more colors from their range. The lip liners are creamy soft, heavily pigmented and their staying power is commendable. For the price, I would surely recommend this one.
