My Experience With Garnier Sun Control Daily Moisturiser:
The moisturizer comes in a flat plastic bottle with an orange screw cap. The bottle packaging is upside down. Though I experienced no leakage or spillage during travelling with the bottle, the basic SPF measurement isn't written on it. Let me start with my skin type. I have an oily skin with a T-zone that requires maximum attention. When I first applied the moisturizer post face wash, it immediately made my skin greasy. Though the moisturizer is slightly runny in consistency, I expected it to be light and easily absorbed by my skin. But it took a long time to absorb and still the greasy thing never faded from my face.
It has been inscribed on the bottle that it prevents skin darkening but I hardly experienced that. Therefore, I manage to utilize it as a body lotion which works just fine. My elbows, hands and legs are quite dry as compared to my face and hence they too require thorough moisturization. This product is not suitable for oily skinned beauties at all but dry skin people can definitely give this one a try.
Pros Of Garnier Sun Control Daily Moisturiser:
- Nice packaging.
- Runny consistency.
- Moisturizes the skin well.
- Works best as a body lotion.
- Reasonable pricing.
Cons Of Garnier Sun Control Daily Moisturiser:
- Doesn't get easily absorbed by skin.
- Makes the oily skin oily.
- Feels heavy on skin.
- False claims.
Diva Likes Rating:
As I mentioned, dry skinned beauties can definitely give a try but I would prefer a good BB cream or CC cream with a better sun protection for my skin. It might help my skin in harsh winters though. Too much moisture makes me look dull anyway as I have oil-prone skin texture. Therefore, do try this only when you are convinced with the good points.
