Direction For Use:
Cleanse face. Pat dry with cotton pads or a mul cloth. Prepare mask by mixing with water/pure Rose water/Aloe Vera gel into a paste. Apply on face and neck in soft upward strokes to form a smooth layer. For daily use, leave on for 5 minutes. For weekly deep cleansing treatments, apply about one-quarter inch thick and leave on the skin for 20 minutes. Then remove the paste with a cool water rinse, to which you could add a little lemon juice or rose water. Moisturise.
My Experience With Omved Skin Mask:
After having redness and itchiness problem with Omved all skin type ubtan, I was slightly hesitant to try this mask. But somehow I gathered the courage to try it. This mask comes in a sealed silver pack which I think is the regular packaging for most of the Omved products. The best thing about this face mask is it has all natural ingredients which are good for skin. I loved the detailed description of ingredients on the back of the pack. I cut the pack from one side as instructed and stored it in an air-tight container to avoid any drying problem. The color of the mask is brownish maroon and it becomes even dark once we mix it with rose water. It does look quite scary on the face.
It smells like Dabur Dant Manjan and I personally like that smell. Not sure if its the same with everyone. I applied the mask on the face and left it for 20 minutes. I had a cool sensation on application. This gave me a nice feel given the fact that I had bad experience in the past with Ubtan mask. Once the mask dried up, it started falling from the face which I did not like. After the first wash, I could notice the glow and radiance in my skin. However, it did not remove any spots or pigmentation. After using it 3 times, it helped me with the spots but haven't noticed much difference with the pigmentation problem. I believe I need to use it on a more regular basis and check.
Pros Of Omved Skin Mask:
- Easily Available
- No parabens
- Contains no artificial products and 100% natural
- Removes the spots and makes the skin radiant, soft and smooth
- Doesn't make skin dry and patchy
Cons Of Omved Skin Mask:
- Didn't notice much change for my pigmentation problem
- Not a travel friendly product
Diva Likes Rating:
I liked the product but I would have liked it even more if it helped me with my pigmentation problem too. If I neglect that, I can say this a good product as it made my skin soft, smooth and radiant.
