- Eggs - 4
- Water - 2 cups
- Tomatoes - 1(medium, chopped)
- Onions - 1(medium, finely chopped)
- Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Green Chillies - 4(chopped)
- Turmeric powder - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - As per taste
- Red Chili powder - 2 teaspoons
Boil the eggs in water for 15 mins. Once cooled, peel off the outer layer and keep the eggs aside.
Take a pan to heat and add oil to it. Add onions and green chillies and fry till onions turn light brown in color.
Add turmeric powder, salt and tomatoes and mix.
Add red chili powder and cook for 10 mins by covering with a lid.
Now, take the boiled eggs and make small cuts on it using a knife. Add these eggs to the curry and mix. Cook for another 10 mins and remove from heat. Serve the delicious egg curry hot.
