If you want to try something good for kids to eat then you must surely try this milk omlette. Its healthy and simple.
Eggs - 1
Milk - 1 cup(small)
Salt - As per taste
Gree Chillies - 1(Finely chopped)
Onions - 2 tablespoons(Finely chopped)
Oil - To fry
Beat the egg and mix all the above ingredients except oil. Beat the mix using a beater.
Take a pan to heat and add oil to it.
Pour the omlette mix and spread it.
Fry on both sides till it turns light brown in color.
Remove from heat and serve it.
Serve the milk omlette with tomato sauce.
