Hello, everyone. Continuing the amazing haul reviews, today I am going to review the Wet n Wild Wild Shine Nail Color Tickled Pink. When it comes to nail polishes, I stick to three choices – blue, deeper reds or berry and nudes. I do try various top coats with glitter and sequins as I am horrible when it comes to nail arts. I have never tried this candy pink kind of color but I love how Lavanya gets me to try each and everything. Wet n Wild is one of the popular affordable brands and very recently they have revamped the packaging of the Wild Shine range as well. Scroll down to know how the nail polish fared me with me.

My Experience With Wet n Wild Wildshine Nail Color Tickled Pink:

Packaging: Wet n Wild Wild Shine Nail Color comes in a flattened thick walled glass body. The thick walled glass is sturdy enough and no matter how many times you drop it, it won't break very easily. It has a screw cap which is glossy black in color. The cap has the applicator attached to it. The applicator is surely not a good one. It has proper bristles but very scanty and hence the moment you apply to build up the color, it streaks very badly. Initially, I thought the color may be bad but after wearing it 2-3 times, I realized that the applicator is faulty. I wish the bristles were packed and short in length. The overall packaging is average and I think I liked the previous packaging only.

Shade: The shade 'Tickled Pink' is a light pastel candy pink crème nail polish. It has no shimmer, frost or glitter at all and looks great. I always thought the color would wash me out but surprisingly it looks pretty fresh and chic on my hands. However, for medium to deeper skin tones, it will look like a washout. However, if you have fair to light olive skin color, you can totally carry it out.
Pigmentation: The pigmentation is good, considering the price you pay. You need two thick coats to have the nail polish neat and opaque. It goes on smoothly and deep. Also, while coating, make sure to use few strokes because the more strokes you use, the streakier finish it will give you because of the brush.

Texture and Formula: The texture is of medium consistency. It goes on really good and spreads well. The nail varnish has the tendency to slip in on the cuticle portion, so you have to clean up really well. It has been formulated with Formaldehyde, Toluene and Phthalates and thus it is great for the nails. The nail lacquer will also not make the nails look yellow at all.
Finish: It gives out a decent glossy finish but not a gel kind of one. However, you can apply a nice top coat to get that look. The nail varnish takes ages to dry out. Twice or thrice I have nipped the finish while drying and it was really irritating to go over. With me, it took two hours to give the hardcore polished look.
Staying Power: The nail polish stays on for 3-4 days without chipping and without any top coat. With a top coat or matte coat, the lasting power is surely increased. After then it starts chipping from the corner of my nails. The price is extremely nominal and with such a price tag, you can't ask more from it.
