Twisted Egg Omelette is a super quick recipe. It doesn't take more then 5 minutes to cook. And is a great option for a quick breakfast recipe.


Ingredients:
  • Egg - 1 (medium)
  • Spring Onion - 1(small)
  • Capsicum- 1(small)
  • Tomato - 1(small)
  • Cooking oil - 2 teaspoons
  • Salt, pepper, red chilli powder, turmeric powder - For seasoning

Preparation:

Roughly slice all the veggies.


Beat an egg and add the seasonings.


Take 2 pans. In pan 1, heat a little oil and add onion and capsicum slices. Saute for 1 min. At the same time, in pan 2 heat some oil and pour the beaten egg and spread it as thinly as possible. Cook for 1 min on each side.


Now add tomatoes in pan 1 and cook for 1 min. Remove the omelette and cut it into thin long strips.


Add the omelette strips carefully to pan 1 and mix with other veggies. Serve hot.

      i made this yday for dinner as there were just two ppl to eat and i dont eat eggs

      i made this dish with little extra pepper for them. they loved it and had with brown bread.
