My Experience With A.TRUE Real Black Tea True Active CC Cushion 02 True Beige:
The product comes in an enclosed round case with a deep matte maroon cover and a click lock system. The lock is very smooth yet hard enough to travel. There are two layers – first where the sponge is to be kept and the lower one where the product is soaked within a sponge. The packaging is quite innovative to me as I have never come across a CC cream soaked in a sponge. It is very easy to use and hardly causes a mess anywhere even when you're travelling. Most importantly, it is hygienic. Speaking of the shade, it is very light beige color perfect for fair skin with cool tones. Unfortunately, the shade slightly washes me out as I have warm skin tone and the shade is slightly light as well. The product is restricted to just two shades that would only cater the cool toned fair skin.
The specialty of the CC cream is that it incorporates the properties of black tea which has various benefits for our skin. Black tea is great to minimize pores, even the skin, prevent tanning to a large extent and fight wrinkles. So basically, along with a CC cream various other skin benefits are attached to the product to impart a healthy glowing skin. The texture of the CC cream is slightly thin as it is well absorbed in the sponge. The sponge provided for applying the product is entirely perfect for the skin and blends effortlessly. Sadly, none of my stippling and foundation brushes works with this one.
This particular product can also be layered like a foundation but one at a time. Each layer needs to be blended properly. Once layered, it can give up to medium coverage. If the product is used more than required, it starts accumulating in fine lines and wrinkles which looks horrible. The CC cream sets into a dewy look for my oily skin and hence it would be an ideal for the dry skin people. As the summer has already set in, it is difficult for the oily skin as it starts melting slightly after 2 hours. I didn't experience any breakouts, even though my skin is ultra sensitive and prone to acne for the past few months. To fix it into a matte finish, one would require setting the product with a makeup fixing spray followed by a translucent powder. The cream has SPF 50 which is very impressive for the tropical summer. Coming to the ingredients, the cream is free of parabens, mineral oil and SLS. The price is a bit on the heavier side, according to me, but the product is quite worth it.

The product is exceptionally easy to use and has certain skin benefits that we usually don't find in a cosmetic product loaded with chemicals. The product is slightly tricky to use for Indian skin tones, however, the product is worth trying at least once.
