- Wheat Flour - 1 cup
- Jaggery - Half cup
- Banana - 4(small and mashed)
- Salt - A pinch
- Almonds - 5(chopped)
- Coconut - 1 tablespoon(finely chopped)
Measure one cup of wheat flour in a separate bowl.
Add the mashed bananas followed by salt, almonds and coconut pieces.
Meanwhile, mix half cup of jaggery and one cup of water in a bowl and boil, until the jaggery gets dissolved.
Filter the jaggery water to remove dust. Add jaggery water to the wheat flour and mix well to form a thick batter.
Heat dosa pan, simmer the flame and pour one ladle of wheat banana mixture. Spread like small dosa using ladle and smear ghee.
Once done, slowly flip the other side and cook for a minute. Remove from the flame and serve hot.
Serve the wheat banana dosa with a glass of milk.
