Pesto has been one of my favorites ever since I have stayed in US. Be it in pizza topping or be it in any dish, I always look for pesto. Reason being the wonderful flavor it gives to the food. One day, I thought I should try out my own recipe using pesto and chicken, outcome of which is this recipe Pesto Chicken. This has a wonderful taste as pesto consists of crushed garlic, basil, pine nuts with olive oil, Parmesan cheese and also cheese made from sheep's milk. All these add a great flavor to this dish. Check out and let me know what you feel about this dish.
