Very recently I did some skin care shopping for the upcoming winter as there have been radical changes in the products which I would be using this season. Cleansing milk is something I hardly experiment with and always stick to herbal brands like Himalaya Herbals, Aroma Magic, etc. From Himalaya Herbals brand, my favorite cleanser is the Refreshing Cleansing Milk which I have been using for years especially during winter. My skin gets stretchy, dull and lifeless with pollution and harsh climate. A soothing massage with cleansing milk definitely brings back life to my skin. Moreover, I try and use a very mild oil control face wash after cleansing and therefore thoroughly clean my face prior washing. Today I am going to write the detailed review of Himalaya Herbals Refreshing Cleansing Milk and will explain why this is my cult favorite for winters.

My Experience With Himalaya Herbals Refreshing Cleansing Milk:
The packaging is extremely simple as any other Himalaya Herbals product. It comes in a white opaque plastic bottle with a green click open cap that shuts with a click and is quite comfortable to travel with. It never spills or feels heavy when you carry in your kit. For the amount, the bottle is extremely light weight. The cleansing milk is white in color with a runny consistency. The smell is the typical creamy cleanser smell which I like a lot. It is not very harsh and won't hurt if you have a sensitive nose. It is rather a refreshing one.
The amount required for the face is extremely low. Therefore, a little goes a long way for this product. It feels creamy and velvety smooth on the skin – as good as massaging cream on the skin. The feel it gives is soothing due to the menthol present along with a heavenly aroma. It is efficient for a daily cleansing milk. While massaging, it cleanses the skin of the impurities, layers of makeup and rejuvenates the skin to a large extent.
My dry and dull skin during harsh winters feels soft like a baby after massaging with this cleanser. The product isn't very effective for heavy layering of makeup but works well for daily usage. It does remove the lip makeup but falls totally flat when it comes to eye makeup. My eyes sting like hell when I use this one and I wouldn't recommend for eyes at all. The product doesn't break out at all even though it feels slightly oily during summer and humid days and being oily skinned, I only use it in winters. Normal to dry skin can use it throughout the year without any doubt. It does have certain herbal properties but also contains parabens. The price of the product is comparatively very low in line with the quality it delivers.

Final Note:
If you are looking for a good refreshing cleansing milk which is budget friendly and brightens the dull skin, this is the one for you. However, for oily skin it is not extremely suitable unless you use a good face wash after that. Personally, I really prefer this product as it hydrates, cleanses and refreshes my skin.
