The weather is getting cooler by the day except for few days when the humidity is still there making things uncomfortable. I tend to enjoy a nice warm bath after a long tiring day which is quite relaxing for my body, but due to the lukewarm water my skin gets dry. So I always make sure to use a body lotion to hydrate and prevent the dry flakes. One thing I always look for in body lotion is that it should have a heavenly aroma to please the senses. When I received the Garnier Body Cocoon Lotion, I was delighted to see the bright and catchy packaging and tried it immediately. I have never tried this particular product before and was pretty excited to try it in this weather. Read on to know more what the product delivers apart from the brilliant packaging.

My Experience With Garnier Body Cocoon Intense Moisture Lotion:

Garnier Body Cocoon Lotion comes in a bright opaque orange colored plastic bottle with a white flip open cap. The packaging is eye catching, sturdy and easy to travel without any fuss of spillage or leakage. The lotion is white in color and has a semi-liquid runny consistency. It has a refreshing and pleasing aroma with mixed scents of floral and essential oils. Whenever I apply the lotion after bathing on the body, it feels heavenly and pleasing to my senses. Unfortunately, the whiff remains for an hour or two and fades off after that.

The texture, as I have mentioned, is slightly runny and gets absorbed into the skin within no time. It feels extremely light even though it hydrates the skin to the fullest. I have never experienced any dry skin problems whenever I use this. But if you have extremely dry skin, the lotion will only prevent the parchedness for few hours and you might feel the need to reapply especially during harsh winters. For dry skin, this is the perfect lotion for summer and spring as it provides proper moisturization.

The lotion has the goodness of various nutritive fruit oils from apricots, olives, blackcurrants and avocados but contains parabens. It is dermatologically tested and hence it won't cause any kind of irritation or inflammation on the skin. The price is budget friendly for the quality it provides as a lotion.
