When I first witnessed the very collection of spring from Maybelline, my heart literally skipped as I saw the nail collection of Go Graffiti. Honestly, stating them as beautiful would be underrated. Decorative top coats in India are very few and expensive, but Maybelline knows the market pretty well and always comes up with reasonable price tag. As I am going to unveil the whole collection of Go Graffiti and come up with the thorough review of each one of them, it was hard for me to choose which one to go for first. I choose the Red Splatter for review today as the red and black combo looked fancy from the cute little bottle. Let's get on with the elaborative review of the varnish.

My Experience With Maybelline Color Show Go Graffiti Nail Polish Red Splatter 808:

Packaging: The packaging is as delightful as the shade itself. The lacquer comes in a little thick cylindrical glass packaging with a black screw cap that has the name and number of the shade inscribed on it. It is easy to carry around, literally fits anywhere including your jeans pocket and is fall resistant.
Shade: This top coat is one of my crazy favorites from this range. It is basically a clear gel top coat loaded with minute black dots, thin black stripes, and red hexes. It is quite a pop-up kind of color as the black and red color looks attractive when paired with a pastel shade. It is a funky top coat with a certain appealing touch to your nails and easily attracts attention. I often wear this top coat with lavender, mints and of course, my all-time favorite sea blue.

Texture: The texture is semi-thick and the clear gel settles down with a semi-glossy finish. It doesn't look completely glossy because of the tiny particles inside them, but definitely it doesn't feel rough or mess with the fabric of your clothes. Due to its thick texture, it takes a little extra time to dry up completely.
Applicator Brush: The brush is small, but the grip is absolutely fine as you won't feel uncomfortable holding it at all. From the first swipe itself, it gives quite a layer of the splatter of hexes and it is up to your choice to build the density.

Pigmentation: Although it is a clear gel, the hexes and stripes are evenly loaded and 2 swipes are enough to give a fancy looking top coat. The hexes and dots are quite prominent and pop up when teamed with a correct base.
Staying Power: I love the staying duration on my nails. It stays intact for around 5-6 days and after that start chipping from the corners, that too without a top coat. Removing this nail lacquer takes a lot of time, efficiency, and a good quality remover as the hexes spread all over the fingers.
