- For Bread:
- All-purpose Flour - 4 tablespoons
- Thick Yogurt - Two and half tablespoons
- Salt - Half teaspoon
- Sugar - Half teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Oregano - 1 teaspoon
- Oil - Half teaspoon
- Fruit Salt - Three-fourth teaspoon
- Water - 4 tablespoons For Cream Cheese Spread:
- Cream Cheese - 2 tablespoons
- Tomato Ketchup - 2 tablespoons
- Taco - Half teaspoon(For seasoning)
Mix all the ingredients "For Bread" in a bowl except fruit salt.
Add water and make a dropping consistency batter. If needed you can add more water. Grease a microwave proof dish. Now at last add fruit salt to the batter and mix. Don't over mix after this stage.
Pour the batter into the greased dish.
Microwave on high for 7 minutes.
After 7 minutes, prick a tooth pick and test. If it comes out clean then they are done.
Now make them in to two pieces and slit the pieces half way through.
To make the spread just combine cream cheese, tomato ketchup and taco seasoning.
Apply the cream cheese spread in between the slit portion.
Garnish with some cream cheese spread and serve.
Instant Bread can be served with tomato ketchup.
