Simple Vegetable Pasta is a simple and healthy recipe. This recipe is good especially for breakfast because it contains vegetables and hardly takes 5-10 minutes to prepare.


Ingredients:
  • Pasta - 1 cup
  • Butter - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Carrot - 1 (medium, chopped)
  • Green peas - Half cup
  • Bell pepper / Capsicum - 1 (medium, chopped)
  • Onion - 1 (finely chopped)

Preparation:

In a large vessel, add water with salt and oil. After water comes to boil, add the pasta. Cook the pasta until it is just tender and not too soft. Drain the water and set pasta aside. Heat the butter in a frying pan over medium high heat.
Add vegetables(carrot, onion, green peas, bell pepper) and saute until they are nearly tender. For this recipe you can replace the vegetables to your choice.



Next add the drained pasta and saute for a minute until pasta is well coated. Enjoy ur Pasta.
