- Grated coconut – 1 cup
- Roasted gram dal – Half cup
- Green Chillies – 6
- Curd – 2 tablespoons
- Salt - As per taste
- Water - For grinding For tempering:
- Oil/Ghee – 1 teaspoon
- Mustard seeds – Half teaspoon
- Hing – A pinch
- Curry leaves – Few
Grind coconut, roasted gram dal, green chillies and salt along with required water.
Add the curd to the grinded chutney and grind again.
Heat oil, add hing and mustard seeds and let it crackle. Add the curry leaves and allow it to fry. Add the tempering to the chutney. Coconut curd chutney is ready to serve.
