Nithu Bala from Nithu's Kitchen is our 25th guest contributor in "Be My Guest With A Guest Post". She holds a M.Phil degree in Computer Science. She is a writer of stories in English and Tamil. In Nithu's Kitchen you can find wide range of delicious vegetarian recipes. She is here to share with us her delicious crispy paneer fry recipe. Its preparation time is 30 minutes and cooking time is 10 minutes.


Ingredients:

Paneer - 1 pack
Ginger-garlic paste - 1 teaspoon
Garam masala - 1 teaspoon
Mango powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Pepper powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Red chilly powder - 1 teaspoon
Coriander powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Corn flour - 1 tablespoon
Salt - Needed quantity
Oil - For deep fry




Preparation:

Combine all the above ingredients except oil.
Keep aside for 20 minutes.


Heat oil and deep fry the marinated paneer cubes in medium flame till crisp.


Serve hot.


Serving Options:

Serve with a ketch-up as starter or evening snack.
