Cauliflower florets – 1 lb
Tomato – 1
Onions – Half(medium sized one, cut into dices)
Garam masala – 1 tablespoon
Coconut powder – 1 tablespoon
Butter beans – half cup frozen or soaked ones
Oil – 2 tablespoons
Chilli powder, salt – As needed
Corainder leaves – Few
Make a paste of tomato, onions, coconut powder and garam masala powder.
Take a pressure pan, add oil and season it. Once the contents are fried add coriander leaves and ginger garlic paste.
Now add the ground masala paste and allow it to boil until the oil oozes out.
Now add half boiled cauliflower florets, butter beans, chilli powder and salt as needed. And close the lid of the pressure pan and let the contents be cooked until 1 whistle.
Now remove the pressure pan lid, add 50-75ml of evaporated milk (Nestle Carnation Milk is used here) to the curry and allow and bring it to boil under medium flame. Delicious cauliflower gravy is ready.
This goes well with Cilantro rice or any other fried rice.
